Eastin has extensive experience and expertise in delivery of a comprehensive slate of professional Project Management Services throuh all project phases including Initiation, Planning, Procurement, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, Start-Up and Commissioning, Occupancy and Close Out. The Eastin team applies proven Project Management tools and techniques plus our knowledge of industry "best practices" as gained through our training and experience in the management of many major construction and renovation projects. Owner's RepresentativeAs Project Manager, Eastin typically assumes the role of Owner's Representative in matters relating to the design and construction of the project. In this role Eastin usually begins by assisting the Owner in selection of key members of the project team including the Architect, Engineers, and Construction Manager or General Contractor. Eastin then becomes the Owner's representative in the day to day management of the design and construction team, ensuring that the Owner's project requirements are fully met. Short Term and Consulting AssignmentsEastin can provide Project Management Services on smaller short duration projects, and in temporary relief positions. Eastin also provides consulting services such as pre-project scope reviews (scope, budget, schedule, cash flow) project plans, pre-tender construction documentation reviews, and has provided non-binding / non-legal opinions on construction claims. Eastin's approach to our assignments is quite adaptable; we will tailor our services to the requirements of the client and the project. |
