Dalhousie University - LeMarchant Place

LeMarchant Place consists of a five story 326 bed student residence constructed on top of a two story mixed use student services podium and a sky-lit atrium. The project is targeted for LEED Gold certification.

Sacred Heart School - Fountain Academy Boys School

This addition to the Sacred Heart School of Halifax provides a home for the senior boys school including classrooms, laboratories and a new gymnasium and locker rooms.

NSCC - Akerley Transportation Centre

Extensive renovations to portions of the NSCC Akerley Campus enabled consolidation of the automotive programs in one facility. The work included conversion of the former Akerley arena to automotive repair shops.

NSCC - Dartmouth Waterfront Campus

The Dartmouth Waterfront Campus became NSCC's hub campus when it fully opened for students in September 2007. This unique 267,000 sf state of the art LEED Silver Certified facility is home to over 2000 students and staff.

Avon View High School

Nova Scotia Transportation and Public Works needed a cost and schedule efficient solution for an urgently needed replacment school for the aging Windsor Regional High School. Eastin was able to deliver the new Avon View High School three months ahead of schedule and well under budget.
